Before any payment or beginning a process we will sign an agreement with you to confirm all legal information of both parties and secure details of the deal. We will also explain in details how each step of the process will be handled.

As soon as contract is signed you will receive a confirmation email and complete 1st instalment of payment within 5 working days. Meanwhile we will reserve working places for your applicants according to the agreement.

Right after the payment is received we will prepare files for the application and submit to the employer. Preparation of your application usually takes up to 3 days, however right before submission you can verify exact timing with your agent.

As soon as your order is completed you will receive an automated email confirmation with ready documents. To avoid scam client you will first get readable files with watermarks and will have 3 days to check them.

Second instalment is required within 5 days from date when you have received the files. You will get an invoice along with the files. If there are mistake (we are all humans) let us know within 3 days to fix files with no additional fees.

After the payment is received we will immediately send digital copied with no watermarks and request delivery of originals (if required) to your address.
In case some service has additional steps we take it accordingly.

The job is done, you have to only apply for visa and get ready for the travel. As soon as visa is received you will have to update us for arrival instructions. We can also help with insurance, tickets, etc as an additional service.
PLEASE NOTE: WE DO NOT HANDLE VISA PROCESS IF IT'S NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR SERVICE PACKAGE.
Our company can definitely advise you on the information of visa process which is accessible to us, bus since it's not our main specialisation we do not handle it ourselves.
